It will be interesting to see what this acquisition looks like in three to five years. A bold move by Cox that I predict will pay off if they let Adify continue to run their business as a more or less independent entity.
I’d like to see Adify, and I’m sure Cox would too, focus more on the huge opportunity to deliver value for advertisers across platforms, which strategically should play well with Cox as they try to play locally in Broadband, IPTV, VOD and wireless.
